Karenni forces seize Burmese military rations
Jan 30, 2009 - A company of Karenni soldiers has seized 20 baskets of rice, 40 cans of beans and 10 visses of shrimp paste from 20 Burmese military porters while they were resting in Daw Loekaw village, a Karenni Army officer has reported.
Burmese troops from LIB no. 576 had forced eight villagers from Daw Larsaw, six villagers from Mawsidoh and another six from Kukho village to transport their military rations, added the officer.
